You probably won't be able to harm someone if you're stoned, but being drunk on the other hand is alot worse.


Am i rite?

EDIT: I don't drink or smoke, but based on experiences people I have seen who are drunk look much worse/ do much worse things, than people who are high.

well I remember watching some documentary saying that smoking pot and getting high can effect your brain and in a small amount of people it has awakened dormant psychological problems within a small amount of people.

And on the other hand Drinking a lot will eventually erode your liver.

ON TOPIC: Yes I believe a drunk person is more likely 2 hurt someone more than som1 who is stoned but while getting high people become on edge and also paranoid so I dunno.

how many stoners do you know that try to start fights?
how many stoners have you heard of severly injuring themselves or others with their car (driving it, not tripping over something and falling into a parked car)?
how many stoners do you know that black out and make complete asses of themselves(just high, not crunk)?
how many stoners do you know that would randomly decide to break shit, urinate in public, beat their women(men), cause havoc, mouth off to cops...etc?
how many stoners do you know that have had to go to the hospital(smoking related), had their stomach pumped due to marijuana intake, od'ed, or died due to weed?

smoke some stronger stuff CA maybe
i gotten really drunk so drunk i couldnt talk walk or anything i never really lost control on my mind just my body i think when ppl do those things thye just let go and when they do there violent might just be me cuz when i let go iam the oppisite of violent and hateful maybe the thing we should be working on is the way ppl r growing up cuz if you let go and u punch your gf then thats more then just the beer/wine talking thats a suppressed part of the person coming out
i seen ppl high who got violent and aggresive but where 2 lazy 2 get up lol
so i think its all on the user i bee around alot of drunk ppl and ppl getting high and i seen both react violently

I've only hurt myself/gotten in trouble/done dangerous things while drunk, and never while stoned.

Everything in moderation. (However, you are probably right.)

Well that doesn't mean you should get stoned instead of getting drunk lol, no one should do neither.

If you get drunk enough you start getting delusional, you see white spiders crawling up your arms and eventually die from fear.. yeah fear.

And drugs kill off your nervous system to sum it up.

Problem with smoking pot is it affects your brain really i see people daily who smoke skunk near enough daily. And nearly all of them get easily aggitated/aggravated/offended... etc... etc.

you are going to give some people the wrong idea.

BOTH of them are HIGHLY DANGEROUS and certainly causes for you to go to jail and get in trouble with the law

drinking and driving is illegal and dangerous
getting high on marijuana is definitely illegal, no shit

perhaps a glass of beer or alchohol will actually be healthy for you, but drugs are a no no

FIRST OFF, I PRAY TO SEE SHIT, ITS ALL ABOUT THE VISUALS, and for those i will pop a 10 strip(if you don't know what that is, you don't need to)...the pic is chronic, just local stuff. my wedding was last weekend and we had northern lights from bc, white widow from boulder, co, and blueberries from oregon. it ws nuts, like 30 people(friends) smokin out(the funny part is, alot of my family are cops and they had no clue, or at least they never said anything to me). secondly, my post was not directed at you personally, so calm down. the point i was trying to make is that every year there are thousands upon thousands of alcohol related deaths and accidents, as to where the are 0 deaths per year and slim to no accidents resulting from marijuana intake.
you know what, i am still a little irritated about the first comment, especially since i have been doing drugs (not proud of it), or at least smoking pot for about 18 years, which puts you either in diapers, or sperm swimming around in your daddy's junk...so STFU. either that, or send me some of your "crazy" shit and i will be glad to "scietifically analyse" it for you!!!!

The cerebral cortex processes your thoughts, information on senses and muscle movement. Leaving you with poor judgement, stumbling and rambling. Limbic system is the emotional side. And alcohol can result in over dramatic stages of emotion, such as rage. I'm majoring in psychology and we talked about this a few weeks ago.

It's my morning general class, I have a different psych class after it.

Also, Alcohol is much more damaging to your brain (brain cells in particular) then pot will ever be.

Alcohol isn't evil....its made out of barley...so beer is like vegetables in a can.

What? You can do whatever you want (as long as you don't get caught) regardless of which substance you are under the influence on. Weed tends to relax you, and alcohol tends to anger you. These are tendencies, and the effects of each vary greatly from individual to individual.
