So, I was looking for a new Anime to watch while I'm waiting for the newest Naruto dub.. So I was a bit curious for an anime a lot of people were talking about....

the first 4 minutes were.... psycho... very disturbing, very vague...

then she gets shot to the head, and she falls off a cliff.. then 2 people find her when she stranded on a beach, naked, with a wound on her head, only saying "Nyuu" and having two cute ears.. not having any psycho disturbing facts left of her telikinetic killing spree the night before...

now my thought is:
dubbleyou tee ef?? A.K.A. wtf?? A.K.A What the F**k??

Give me some spoilrs or my first Elfen Lied was my last...

I recommend Higurashi. Think of it as Elfen Lied with plot.

you have to watch the whole thing to like it, only had trouble when the puppy dies

watch it until the end.. the story is touching~

If gore isnt to your taste.. dont watch it. Its a good anime nonetheless.

Those are horns, not cat ears. The cute girl isn't cute when she's killing, her other personality is. It will only get more gory on btw.

oh yeah it gets really gory. but nonetheless its a good anime

Yeh it's a very good anime it has a lot of gore and is very violent at times but I think you should watch the rest of the episodes.

if your waiting for naruto dubs real anime is not for you...

I just don't like the original Naruto episodes, cuz I'm now at 114,with Choji fighting the fat Sound Ninja, and those voices look alike... Also, I think Naruto has too much action to watch AND the happening, AND the subs...
So, for me it is just more easy to understand what their saying and not missing any lines or moves...

to much action....i think 50% of every episode is backdrop shots and flashbacks...or the characters facial expression for 2 min.....i was watching like the second episode of shippuden and in the Episode they showed a flashback of something that happened in the same episode....wtf was that they do that kind of crap all the time i think you you actually recorded all that action that was new in a single episode you'd find its not much at all....

she was so cute when she was a child ^^

and it does have a plot, u just have to finish watching it. there's a lot of flashbacks. and it touches on a lot of themes (from a literature perspective)
