Which is worth buying more?

If you like the massive graphics the PS3 CAN produce you should go for the PS3..and if you dont mind just a less graphics quality go for the X360 cuz it has a better online service and better games...but thats mostly my opinion lol..

the 360 can produce better graphics than the ps3

My friend has both, he never plays the ps3 because he only has 1 crappy game for it. He bought the ps3 for the sole purpose of getting mgs4. Thats the only good thing going for it at the moment.

PS3 is better grafix
PS3 is blue ray
PS3 is better quality for your money

So simple, go for PS3

Well it depends. If you can get five, PS3s, Then you will be enjoying them 1 and a 1/4th times as much as this guy.

Otherwise just go 360.

At the moment, I think the better choice is with the 360. It has better games, and can provide a better overall gaming experience. When mid 2008-2009 comes around, though, I think the PS3 will start to pick up with much better games... For the moment though, 360 ftw. lol

Buy a Playstation 3.

PS3 is way to expensive (even with the price drops) for that money you can buy an XBOX 360 and a Wii

Also the games for PS3 are really expensive and blue-ray is not gonna be the now standard so it's not innovative anymore.

I think they're both very good. Back when there was the PS2 and the Xbox, I usually liked the PS2 games better than the Xbox', but that's a personal opinion. Also I think the price of the PS3 is really high.

360. Undoubtedly. Unquestionably

graphics are the same,i dont see any difference,maybe in 1 or 2 screenshots i saw that the 360 has better graphics than the ps3.but the xbox 360 is cheaper,has better buying deals than the ps3,has alot of nice games,is undoubtly the crowned king of online console gaming(halo 3 ftw!!).i have a 360 and never regreted buying it.
conclusion:go for the 360 because u will get something for your money,and games will get cheaper by time not like the ps3 games,and u wont have to w8 untill 2008-2009 to get good games.all in all:go for the 360.

Ps3's Graphics card is two times bigger than the xbow 360's.

Although, the Xbox 360 if you're looking to play with your freinds and family.

God the amount of rubbish people chat..and then belive is sickening. First
of all the PS3 is not 10 or 5 or even 2 times more powerful then the 360,
its just a tiny winny LITTLE BIT more powerful, but at the moment games
out on both consoles look much much better on the 360.

here let me sum it up ok with 3 360 and 3 PS3 facts for ya.

PS3:
1= Has blu-ray (which is losing out to Toshiba's HD-DVD player) but most
production companies are opting to go for HD-DVD as its cheaper at Blu-Ray
is expensive
2= Has ZERO unique or any good games currently on it so if you were to
buy it prepare to be board.
3= The latest versions of the PS3 will NOT HAVE backward capability meaning
that you will NOT BE ABLE to play old PS2 games on it

Xbox360:
1= Has an online service (xbox Live) which far out strips both PS3's home
service and Wii's channel service. Its not free but worth the cost for what
you get.
2= Has some of the best games on it (Halo series) + most PC games seem to
end up on the 360, meaning you can buy a PC game for it and not worry
about being able to run it
3= Latest versions are extremely cheap when compared to the PS3 and the back
list of games and backward capability help it out a lot.

Id go for ps3 but after I read what satman wrote I think id go for 360.

If you don't have a personal preference for any ps3 exclusive games that will be out later on, then go with the 360. I loved the rpg's on ps2 though.

It took the PS2 till the end of its system life for companies to begin actually utilizing it to its full potential and making games where the graphics didn't look like crap a good example is RE4...The PS3 is still in the baby stage of its system life and right now the graphics don't look much better than the 360's. It'll take awhile before developers start putting out games that really showed off the PS3's graphic capabilities IF they ever do...that stuff cost alot of time and alot of money and all in all its just not worth it...

PS3 will have more maps. User made content. And Why pay for a game online when you can play it for free on ps3 or pc?

BTW satman PS3 will have the best games in 08. Gt5, MGS4, Socom, ff13, k2,LBP, imfamous. 3 of those games are in the top 25 franchises ever.

PS3 but im regretting buying it so early since there arent many games that i like to play released on it atm. But around 08 there will be loads of games exclusive to PS3 that will make you want to choose it over Xbox360.

Have fun playing UT3 on the Six Axis lol. I'm pretty sure any content released on the PS3 for UT will be available for 360 players. Not that it will matter since PC will be a totally different experience. Just hope you don't play cross-platform servers. You will be dominated.
