I never heard from it until I met my friend who lives in the UK and he told me about it. Don't celebrate it or anything but I really love that rhyme. :3

My Dad set some off in the back garden last night.. One of them disided to go off on the ground, there is a huge burnt patch on the grass now
And another went in next door neighbour back garden... oops

No actually you said if you lived in the UK and didn't know who he was your a moron, i don't live in the UK so im not a moron. But if that statement was true then you shouldn't know who he is cause you are the moron...
