I could find out, but I've been concentrating on my arms the last few weeks.

Edit: Last time I did bench as much as I could I was somewhere around 175-200. I don't have enough weights to bench that much at home though lol.

I can bench 301+, but it isn't efficient and is not good for routine working out. It's exhausting, it hurts the arms, and isn't worth it.

I typically work out using weights between these two: "201-250 LB"

Back when i was at school the highest weight they had was 75kg, which is something like 170lb, which i could do around 5 reps with. Dont know what i can lift now though.

I guess what really matters is what you work out on. I'm sure a lot of people can push like 2x more than they work out with, just not nearly as many times.

+1.

I love it when I see people working out and when they do their reps they struggle and start shaking.

I lift 80kg about 180 lbs, 3x 15 before I work out and then after doing all my workouts, I try my max which is about 100kg, 3x 12 times. Guess I could 301+, but what's the use?

i work out 2 hours (purely with weights) 1-2 days a week, rest I got rugby practice and judo, so no time for more..

Well Camden is pretty large but yes I used to live there when I was 4. My house got robbed twice and people were selling drugs across the street from my house all the time. The Rutgers campus and Tweeter Center aren't so bad though.

I was once a major weight lifter. But, work and life caught up. I was spending so much money on food and supplements, eating 6+ times a day. working out 5 times a week. I was pretty strong...never maxed on bench, but I"m sure it was over 300 ...I was always more concerned with size than strength, as the two are related, but not one and the same
