i got a nvidia 6600gt. geting a error message about the temparatue, n how not enouph power is goin to the card. i had this problem b4, but took off the sides, and it was fine.
anyone else had this prob, or know how to fix.
you're probaly routing a half-voltage molex into the card, try doing a full-voltage molex in the back, even though the half are designed for the video cards and extra cpu or chasis fans. Because if the card didn't have a molex in the back it wouldn't even start, it would just make a series of beeping noises.
could be you unplugged the pci-express power modulator.
Else post the error message, and if you're getting artifacts (which is a result of the temperature) then you need to cool it down..
Could be the cooler of your graphics card isn't attached on (good enough) anymore.
If that's the problem, don't try to fix it, RMA it!
