OnT: Ask her out in person. If the girl likes you back, even if you stutter and make yourself look like a fool, a fair percentage of them think that it's cute and adorable. And besides, it's only natural to be nervous - you look back, and even if she says no, atleast you know that you tried, instead of just wishing that you had asked.
