why was the off topic lounge and artist corner links at the forum index switched? it might have happened a while ago but i've been away. just curious

Reminds me back in the old days on newgrounds, one day I was automatically putting my cursor over where the "forums" button usually was... BUT IT WASN'T THERE!
I almost died, but I memorized the URL, so I just typed it in.
Turned out they swapped the forums button so that it was bigger, but I still couldn't see it.
