Wat does adware makers do to sell their products?

(This is all a joke i thought about)
When you have an adware on your computer popup windows won't stop from popping out.
And most of the people press on "Cance'"/"X" to get rid of the window.
So adware makers should do something to make you press "Yes" and that's what they do:
Step one:
(Boom, popup window):
Your computer is infected by spyware that may damage your computer.
Click "YES" to download an AntiVirus.
(Lets say i clicked "NO")

-------------------------------------
After a weak from pressing "NO"
-------------------------------------
Step two:
After one weak your computer will break down and won't start up.
Click "YES" to download an AntiVirus to stop that.
(Clicked "NO" again)

-------------------------------------
Another weak from pressing "NO"
-------------------------------------
Step 3:
After 5 minutes your computer will blow up.
Click "YES" to download an AntiVirus to save your computer.

-------------------------------------
After 5 minutes from pressing "NO"
-------------------------------------
Step 4:
counting down, when the countdown reach "0", your computer is gone"
Click "YES" to download an AntiVirus to save your computer.

-------------------------------------
After 60 seconds from pressing "NO"
------------------------------------
Step 5:
Countdown: 5,4,3,2,1,0...
BOOOOOM........Your computer have absolutely exploded.
Click "YES" to download an AntiVirus and fix it up.

And then the one who have adwares on his computer have pressed "YES"

Normally atleast I can see the punchline, the joke itself, it's just not funny. Here, I don't even know what were supposed to be laughing at.

Some day, someone went and bought some fishes to cook at the lunch, he was happy, he met someone in the road, the guy who bought fishes asked him: if u know wat i'v got in the box, i'll give u one fish from it(lol), and the other man answered: hmmm... i guess, u'v got an ocean in there.
