i believe this file is downloading virus's onto my computer but i can't get any antivirus program to delete it and when i try myself it says i can't, does anyone know how to get rid of this other than reinstalling windows?

I say you should back up any drivers and programs you need and reformat.
It will get rid of the virus plus it will clean up stuff you never knew or forgot was on you computer. Kinda like cleaning your room after a year of mess.

.dll = driver, so it's probably located in the system 32 folder, GL updating your drivers.

drivers are '.dll's but not all '.dll's are drivers
