Bush speech problems

I'm sorry to say, but a man, the most powerful puppet in the world can't even pronounce words which most of us manage to word with common sense.

It's simply laughable....

A snippet if you can't be arsed to read it:

How do you keep a leader as verbally gaffe-prone as U.S. President George W. Bush from making even more slips of the tongue?

When Bush addressed the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday, the White House inadvertently showed exactly how -- with a phonetic pronunciation guide on the teleprompter to get him past troublesome names of countries and world leaders.

Having two degrees, including an MBA from Harvard's business school = idiot.

The way I see it: yes it's true he's trying to learn to speak without a southern accent; but, 95% of users here can't even spell guarantee.

It's just the fact that, like you said a while back dom, people just jump on the hatorade bandwagon because it makes them look cool. "Oh my mommyz and daddy sayz Bush r dum, that meens I can be c00l if i says it 2 guyz." -No.

thats a gross exaggeration and an insult to the majority of us. FYI money can easily buy you an education in America, what University would turn down the son a a former President of the United States who also happens the be the heir to a fortune in oil and has access to to Political connections all over the US and the rest of the world. If you want a better assessment of his intelligence look at his grades during college and the courses he studied in.

I don't have a problem with people disliking Bush. I have a problem with people disliking Bush without knowing why. The vast majority of the time, it's: "well uh, he started a war for oil; and uh, he can't pronounce nuclear properly" - that does not cut it.

Yes. It also buys you degrees. At Yale and Harvard, where money is lacking.

And for America's reputation, I would hope you're wrong. Everyone seems to be an expert in intelligence, yet they elected an idiot for two terms straight.

Everyone complains about him, but I bet no one will care about who becomes the next president, or will get involved to make sure it doesn't happen again. Because of that, the American people have the same intelligence level as Bush; or atleast, the intelligence level you claim he has.

yeah we get it. but this topic has nothing to do with politics. by flaming Jstar1 you make it sound like anyone who dislikes bush dislikes him for his political views. Jstar1 could have probably just disliked him because whenever he opens his mouth he sounds like an idiot. Which isn't a hard thing to believe you know because its not like ppl look at our president and Auto-love him. Give your politics a break...

So all the Americans that voted for him didn't hear him open his mouth before the two elections? When you elect him, whatever he does in office is your reponsibility.

It seems like Americans realized they made a mistake, but are too arrogant to admit it. Instead of saying "oh, we don't agree with what he does. We will make sure to be more involved with politics because we are genuinely interested in our future" they're just brushing off ALL of the problems that your country is going through, and blaming it on one man. The "intellectuals" of this group are smart, they bring it one step foward, and call him a puppet.

If you knew anything about America you'd know that he lost the popular vote BOTH TIMES! So no the ppl didn't vote for him the electoral college did. again politics is not the topic. We're making fun of him because of the way he talks not because of the decisions he's made.

When citizens participate in a Presidential election, they are actually voting for electors pledged to vote for their candidate.

Unless you're implying that the United States of America is not a federal republic? If citizens were informed about what was going on, their votes would been counted towards the proper candidate.

But stupid enough to elect him. Or to satisfy, elect people to elect him.

I should also clarify: by all Americans, I mean all the "LOLOL BUSH SO STUPID HIS IS GLOBEL WARMING LOL!!!!"'ers.

Unless you'll for once admit you were wrong. Fact: GWB LOST the popular vote in the 2004 election. Fact: That means the Majority of the people in the US did not vote for him. Fact: you are so obnoxious that you can't even admit to the former facts.....im done here dom, find another way to feed your ego besides making fun of other ppl.

You're right. I affirm that I was wrong. Bush lost the popular vote by 0.51% in 2000. Which means, only 50,460,110 of the 101,464,036 people who voted are idiots. And only the 200,000,000'ish other citizens of the US have no right to complain, minus those under 18.
