Is this worth it?

I've been looking for a good pc with good graphics and whatnot... Here's the URL to the pc that i thought was good for its price... can anyone tell me if this is just a rip off? theres the price in euros.

That's a decent price considering you're getting all the peripherals and an lcd monitor but have you ever thought about building your own pc?

@Locketart: I'm clueless when it comes to computers, I'd be incapable of building one myself.
As for the graphic card, I thought it would be a huge improvement compared to my current one:

Been there with my geography course in my second but last year of A-Levels ... pretty cool country / island ... and funny 14year-old brits who look like the stereotype-"Chav" during holidays, but that's another story
