I have been getting a major lag with some game like sro and GW and bf2 and heaps of other games...Is there anything i need to reduce lag in the MMO's i play?

if u have $200 to spend and u can't buy stuff online, u'r pretty limited.

Get a graphics card. Find out which slots you have, and wait till there is one on offer at best buy/circuit city, otherwise you'll be paying WAY too much.
