The last time I was bedridden for over a week I either slept, read or listened to music. I had pneumothorax so it hurt to breath or talk. I would have watched TV but laughing would have killed me.
Get well soon 2 weeks might go by slowly when you are bored, but its only 2 weeks. If your progress is good, it can be sooner depending on the operation. If you are allowed to walk by the doctor, but it hurts too much, ask for some painkillers (dr's never give enough painkillers sadly T,T) if you are not on any already.
Watch movies, play games, talk to people, read books, even write if you like to write, draw, sleep. There is much to do. Hopefully it will go by fast for you, but just have things to keep busy or you'll go insane.
I would just play sro all day for 2 weeks intersperced with maybe a movie and some sleep... then if I some how got bored of that I might be pushed to watch some TV but that would be a last resort.

I'v done some sro but i cant realy play on a laptop because of the mouse. Well i cant walk because of the doctor he told me not to and NEVER lift something.
The operation was about my blood from the groin to the liver, the blood was stuck cuz the vein was broken, so the blood couldnt go out of my liver.
Well anyway, watching tv, got a book and playing poker and talking to my friend and my gf is comming a lot.
ps: i feel sorry for the patiants with cancer, lying in bed is realy realy depressing.
Last time I was bedridden it was because some really badass migraines. I basically slept, read books, smoked pot and cigarettes, and took some hardcore painkillers, and ofcourse best of all, skipped school for a week.
