I downloaded WoW today, and was installing it a few minutes ago, until I thought to myself " This game looks stupid" , so I deleted it. Im happy

yeah they say its very easy to get to level cap.
And they say that its because content>grind

The game doesnt end when you reach the level cap in WoW
instead of just farming/pvping on level cap, they have more things to do,
i dont know what those things are, i just read on a lot of forums and everyones seems to say the same.

maybe thats why WoW is like WOW!

In a way satman you're right. BUT In wow they way you level is to quest.

For people like me who like to keep grinding diverse, sro is brilliant. Wow on the other hand is too ... dare I say 'linear' ?

I was loading it the other day to play on private server... then I realise I already had GW and sro to play and bought last gw chapter a few days ago... hwo the hell would want to play wow? lol got better option.

so let me get this right you started to install, thought it looked stupided, canceled the install and go sro>wow.....dam thats just stupid you need to play a game before judging it, if you aint played wow you cant say anything against it, understand?

its also because it was 11 at night, and it was patching, and i really didnt want to do that lol

lol.. people get to happy from simple things lately..

ok here is my story and why ive quit silkroad xD

well at first (maybe as all others) i thought dam the graphics in WoW is like totally for kids, so even after it released and many private servers were around, i didnt even want to check it out, all the youtube videos, its all looked just dumb...

until about 1 month i just wanted to test it out, and understand why people like it..

well of cource i didnt start on a real server, cause after all the money i spent on silkroad, i didnt feel like wasting more on another game, with a same output later on...

ive downloaded it and played on a x15 server at first it was like kinda dumb, but than ive liked the control, emotions and everything on it, i mean theres no places where u can stuck while moving and than have to move back to get out of it, like in silkroad, u control ur char with keyboard, which makes control very comfortable...

ALOT of skills which u have to use in right time and in right place, (im roque) they say its overplayed char, but who cares i like to be invisible xD and backstabb people when they arent ready for it


well anyways ive leveled to 70 in about a week, and saw how much things i dont even know until now, the proffesions are like hell of it... they are really hard to understand.. ;(

when i got to 70 i thought it is end, as in another online games, so i went pvping a bit, until i get bored and delete this game, suddenly i realised that im like totally weak, my weapons were shit, same as armors .. and people told me about instances-boss hunting where you could get the crazy ass weapons , after about week of hunting i got the weapons, and i still got owned.. so w/e its all about skills there lol

Ya, sounds like what might happen to me. Dang you got to 70 in a week?

yeah ive got to 70, but on x15... i would never get to cap in another online game, after silkroad.. this crazy ass grinding makes me wanna suicide sometimes :p
