I found this video interesting, I'd like to hear you opinions on if this is police brutality or not

http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/38191/

if someone could find the video somewhere else so that the people who seem to think ebaums is the scourge will watch it, it would be appreciated

*edit*
Found the news story
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- An internal investigation was launched Tuesday into whether officers had a right to shock an unarmed University of Florida student who was Tasered and arrested Monday when he attempted to speak at a forum with U.S. Sen. John Kerry, Local 6 reported.

Andrew Meyer, 21, asked Kerry why he did not contest the 2004 presidential election, which he lost to President Bush, and why there had been no moves to impeach Bush.

"He apparently asked several questions -- he went on for quite awhile -- then he was asked to stop," university spokesman Steve Orlando said. "He had used his allotted time. His microphone was cut off then he became upset."

While as many as four police officers tried to remove Meyer from the forum, he yelled for help and asked "What did I do?" Minutes after Meyer started speaking, he was Tasered.

Meyer was charged with resisting an officer and disturbing the peace, according to Alachua County jail records. No bond had been set. Meyer was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning, a jail official said.

Orlando said university police would conduct an internal investigation on the incident.

"The police department does have a standard procedure for when they use force, including when they use a Taser," Orlando said. "That is what the internal investigation would address -- whether the proper procedures were followed, whether the officers acted appropriately."

The event was sponsored by the UF student government speaker's bureau, according to a news release. A telephone message left at the speaker's bureau office was not immediately returned Monday evening.

It was not known if Meyer had an attorney.

Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.

It's only police brutality if the victim is a minority.

In Canada, you're not protected by antidiscrimination laws until you're 18. Thus, if that happened here, it would not be police brutality.

Farking bs, if any cops lose anything over this except a burden, the justice system will fail the U.S. again.

It's his fault for struggling. Never try to run away from the police, even if you aren't at fault for anything. If they have to, they will do this. I hope you realize that. This idiot should have learned that by now if he took an hour each week to watch Cops on Fox.

"Don't Tase Me Bro" is classic though. XD

DISGRACEFUL

Oh and then this:

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime... nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...

Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Actually as far as unreliable text go i put the Bible and the USA constitution in the same boat since both are open to completely different interpretations depending on perspective

We are free 2 do what they tell us
Karl Marx was right
and you have 2 be born into the 1% or get extremely lucky

+1, thank you for attempting to understand; rather than not take the time to think it over

Let's not forget: the constitution was written by a bunch of people who believed in the bible.
