If you were to make a business/business plan, what would it be?

Try to be realistic here...

We should make a new board: "I'm too lazy to do my homework, please do it for me"

People could then post in there for help with their school work.

As much as I agree with you I'm going to try and help

A friend of mine recently had to go lend some cash from the bank to set up his business, a requirement was a business plan.

I guess I could describe whats needed in it. This would mainly be:

Your goals / Achievements you wish to 'achieve'
Your expected profit.
A short summary of how your business will work, and what it will do to get clients / customers.
Benefits.


Hmm there's a bit more, I just cant think of it right now, hoped that helped.

We saw that on my management/business class on Monday. If I remember right, it's called an executive proposal.

Well, problem is now I need a good idea before I could get the plan started. Just any suggestions/ideas will do, no explanations needed.

A game design company specializing in parallax bump mapping and overall optimization, google it - it would be easy to justify/establish a business plan revolving around this.
