Say i have a video and in that video there is a glimpse of text that is hard to read(poor quality) is there a way i can take a still-frame of the text and make it readable.
Any help is appreciated!

VLC is able to take still frame pics from vids (from DVD's at least).

well i watched the vid through and just clicked play pause over and over till i got a clear shot and got the gist of what it said. Thanks for the help tho. By the way if anyone wants to know what Basshunters next song is about i know!!!!!
