The reason for this is because last week a man armed with an AK-47 assault rifle was pulled over, got out , and shot 4 officers and killed one. Then a man hunt ensued but in the end the man was shot and killed in a shoot out. THIS is why they are allowed to carry assault rifles BUT none of this would have happened if that idiot Bush hadn't repealed the assault rifle ban because people need an fire arm that can shoot over 100 rounds a minute to hunt right? God i cant wait till hes out of office :banghead:

Wait...wth where you guys live they dont carry assault rifles? I dont know what they are gonna carry but here they all have Ar-15s

Also normal citizens can have assault rifles if they are responsible with them, maybe stricter gun limits on them though. Here anyway as long as its not fully automatic you can have it.
