Paypal Chargeback?

A friend of mine got hacked about 1 week ago and he used silk in february 2007 so thats like 7 months ago... He bought the silk with paypal.

Can he still chargeback or is there a limited amount of time while you can only chargeback something like till a month after payment you can chargeback and after that 1 month you cant...

i think it depends if you use the silk or not

90 days. But goodluck getting it back. It's near enough impossible to chargeback.
