Silk Road city marks 2,750 years

The ancient Silk Road city of Samarkand has celebrated its 2,750th anniversary with displays of fireworks and dance.

I never seen the link before and is little wierd so i dont click! on it......But hmm explaine more what it is . and host it maybe somewhere there we know is ok?

Well it's in BBC site so it should be safe to click :)

BBC = The British Broadcasting Corporation, one of the largest broadcasting corporations in the world.

It's just news about Samarkand celebrating its 2,750th anniversary like I quoted.
