lack of politeness. I think it is important to hold the door open for the person behind you, to say please and thank you, to return emails and phone calls, to be considerate of others. I'm young, but sometimes I wish people were more polite- like back in the old days before I was born.
putting the wet spoon BACK in the sugar after stirring your cup of coffee.
