how do you underclock a video card?

my main video card (geforce 7900GS 512mb) is being repaired and my on board video card sucks but i have another card (geforce 6800GX 256mb) which works but it glitches sometimes how do i underclock it so it does not glitch

Download something like ATI tools, or RiverTuner.

Tweak it at your GFX Card's Driver settings(NVIDIA Control Panel ie.).

this is the screen that pops up after i click the video card icon in rivatuner what do i do?

Glitches how exactly? If you OCd it before then just set it to default
