Ok, i have some problems with my PC. I'm gonna take my PC to the hands of good ppl that gonna fix it, but firstly i'd like to know what is wrong?
When i'm moving application windows, there appears many red/green/blue dots...when i minimize and maximize it again, it looks pretty clean, but still has some dots. Move it again, and lots of dots again

Well...it started this summer, in winter everything was ok
If those are photos, it's your monitor. If those are screenshots...
By default your PC will restart or turn off at a designated temperature. This is usually set to a safe temperature with a lot of padding. It would of restarted over and over before harming your graphics card. However, just from demanding usage caused by heat, or day to day wear, your hardware might be failing. I'd swap in another graphics card, check the bios to make sure you don't have a shut down temp and check if it helps.
Your motherboard should come with an integrated graphics card, you can use that if you don't have an extra graphics card laying around. If you are using your integrated graphics card, then maybe instead of replacing the motherboard, just getting a new card would fix that: i'm not sure.
