Admin accounts on windows...

lol my dad is such a noob.
he set up an admin account so that i couldn't connect to the internet...
(grounded)
so all i had to do was boot the computer in safe mode with networking and made myself a new account with admin. lol
im so smart.

lol, i actually didn't know how to do this.
i was just messing around and chose to boot in safe mode randomly.
then at the user select screen there was another admin account w/o a password selection. so i went in there and went to control panel, account options and then gave myself admin rights lol.
totally out of luck

how do you boot it in safe mode?
if u want acess to another user on ur windows do this in ur cmd
net user
net user <name>
type new pw
