I got a better idea, Let your sister stream the videos she wants, and stop watching porn?

Do this.
Or alternatively, use AdBlockPlus and just block the url. *tv-links*.
Or best of all... set up your sister to 'accidentally' stumble into pr0nz while your parents are around.... and then accuse her of downloading tons of it onto your computer ^^ It's a win win. For you, that is.

It doesn't work. I blocked it, both under Privacy and Security, and then I restarted IE, but when I try to go to the site, it still displays the site?
Under a similar situation - want to block MySpace so my sister will stop wasting her time with it 24/7.

not only do you have to set it up as a restricted site, then you have to set the settings up for restricted sites and disable everything in there, then it wont allow scripts or anything like that on myspace and nothing will work and she wont like it.
