I need help with napster guys

Well i use napster, and i pay for it every month cuz i like to be legit n legal.Well i have some program i think on my computer that has turned all my napster MP3 songs into WMA songs, and i can't get them back to MP3 because windows media play doesn't play it cuz it does only legal shit to....and it knows napster is MP3, and it won't let it play WMA.

When i get back home i will upload the rest lol

Why doesn't WMP play mp3's? Mine plays mp3's just fine. *cough*and most of mine aren't legal*cough*
And what happens when you choose your subscription type from that prompt?

It's not just the WMP won't play, I even clicked to play on the napster thingy, and it says the same shit. Something has converted EVERYTHING on my computer to WMA, and i can't overcome it lol

Ummmmm I didn't know!

I just updated windows media player, and i updated like some juke box shit. Still nufing worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and i can't do system recovery cuz it happened before my surgery, and that was over a week ago.....Sooooo I'm not doing that much of system recovery.
