Looks like a badass game, but not quite game of the century. I'll save that title for GTA 4 or UT3.

Just cos a game has awesome graphics and fighting systems and all of that, if it doesn't have a GREAT, SOLID, WELL-CONNECTED, INTRUIGING storyline, it's shit.

Haha no one pays attention to my nay-saying.

I've seen it too many times where a beautiful, action packed game just sucks overall because the company poured all of their time and resources into making it look beautiful without actually making it play beautifully and without completely drawing you into the story.

I know it's just trailer's but I saw a killed enemy fall and land in the air... It's those types of things you sometimes see left in a game because the producers were so concerned with making it look pretty. Bugs are important too.

AMEN, simplicity can be the key to everything ... Hey I still play UT Classic a shit load .. or C&C RA 2 .... old .. shitty graphic games .. but they keep you coming back, unlike today's games.


All tho to jump on the bandwagon and give a new game title .. it would be Crysis.

Well it's still in development. And the storyline is promising also if you read up on it.

I wasn't accusing this game of having a bad storyline, I was just noticing that not a single person who replied seemed at all concerned about the setting or storyline or bugs, they were all just captured and amazed by the presentation of the game.

I know it's in development still I acknowledged that...

Personally I'm more concerned with the things I can do in a game rather than how nice the story is. Halo for example, wouldn't be much without it's sticky plasma grenades, or any of the other features that set it apart from other FPS games. Without nice game play features and good looking visuals it's just a big semi-interactive story.

Which in my opinion would be better than a beautiful, action-packed game that drags you on and on through shitty character interaction and dialogue, shitty on-going storyline with no suspense and no wow-factor, with bugs left and right biting you in the ass.

Yeah neither is going to be fantastic but maybe you see my point.

This game was debuted only a year ago...>_>
Can't wait to play it.

IMO storyline is not important, CS, BF2 BF1942,BFV, SRO,

Also I highly doubt the game will be open-ended like Oblivion. In the demo you can see the player is restricted by high hills and rivers and such.

Splinter cell is better if you know stealth and tactics...but this kinda game i dont like

Lost Odyssey anyone? I like the main character the best out of all the up'n coming games. (i.e. FFXII, AC, H3, BD etc.)
