Is Lineage 2 any good?

I looking to play a new mmorpg and ive seen Lineage 2 in stores and am wondering if its worth the money. Also, if any of you can recommend an mmorpg that you like. I also saw at FFXI, which looked pretty. Ive played WOW before and its not my style. I have Guild Wars, but it was too short.

Played it for a short while with Hitokeke, loved the game.

Well I hear the grind in retail is bad and things are really expensive. The armor and weapons look great though. Only play this game if you have patience. Well if you played Silk Road up to at least lvl 60, you can probably handle this game.
