Vcr problems

ok so my vcr or dvd whatever you people call it these day's wont stop blinking 12:00 does anyone know how to program these damn thing spent 30 minuts nothign changed !!! ive seen this everywhere not 1 person i asked out of about 25 know how to stop taht blinking light and it is getting annoying >.>

If there's a remote, usually it has a menu where you can do it. Hell, even my oooold vcr has a menu, just look for a button on the remote that says Menu.

Yeah, just indicates you have to set up the time. Check the manual on how-to.

People like the topic creator, are the ones that annoy me when they come to the store and have no idea what the difference is between a dvd and vcr is.

I still use the vcr for old movies. I still have a video disk player...the one that came out before the vc, took big square things about 1.5-2ft on each side. Slide it in teh player, pull it out and it leaves a disk in the player about the size of a record, bit bigger though.

Still have a VCR at home. Only used to tape TV. Movies are watched on DVD.
