what the point of making friends with the people who will be leaving in 1 or 2 years? Mostly likey you'll have less in common with them anyway. I say make friends with sophmores and the ppl in your class, find a group that you like if you don't have one already and stick with it cause everyone in HS has a group....even the losers have a group so if you don't even have that then you'll really be a nobody and miss out on all the good things HS has to offer...not that it has many good things to offer.
I can't stand wrestling, guys in tights all sweaty and gross grabbing each other *shiver*...but most wrestling team mates form strong bonds so you'll have some friends right there if you don't piss them off, and chicks dig guys who wrestle..preferable guys who win matchs though so....don't lose
gl for me HS was the best of times and the worst of times and the times of times....

Don't be like I was in high school.
I was an introverted, egotistical, antisocial, arrogant, womanizing person.
::sigh:: How I miss those days.

For wrestling, show up for every practice. If you need to lose weight right before a match, put on a trash bag and start running. Main thing in wrestling is to learn single leg takedown, double leg takedown and to learn how to sprawl. Once you get em to the ground it's up to you. If you're on their back I usually try a half nelson. Always keep your weight on top or they'll stand up.

1) TAKE A SHOWER EVERY DAY.
I swear there are some freshmen, and even seniors that dont <_<
2) Dont be a womanizer, it makes your life hard down the road.
3) You dont have to run between classes. Seriously, even f it's on the other side of the school you can make it on time without hyperventilating or having an asthma attack.
>.>
4) Don't study. Do your studying the last 10 minutes before a test.. your short term memory is easiest to recall when it's
really recent.
5) DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Your grades will suuuuccckk if you don't.

+1, I got better test scores than a lot of people who studied for like 4 hours the night before, I just read up on the notes I took about 10 minutse before class and I finished the test very fast. Women are a hassle, you are only investing in someone elses wife. Call me crazy.

Don't let anything get to you. Most high school students are drama queens.

I just finished it, and I'm going to miss it. Highschool is great, to not fit in and not have friends is impossible unless you bring it onto yourself.
You have to remember "cool" isn't "cool". The "big kids" don't care about whether you smoke or not, whether you swear or not, or whether you act tough infront of them or not. Just be comfortable and do what you would normally do with anyone else.
There was nothing that pissed me off more then little kids trying to act tough, they just don't get it - no one is like that.
Also, participate as much as you can. I did almost every sports team, I was in the school government for 3 years and I did almost anything I could to get to know everyone. Doing your work, getting good grades, and being serious about school won't get you labled as a "nerd" and cut your chances of making friends. Most people admire that, especially at the senior level. Of course, that only applies if you can balance your education with your social life.
Either way, have fun. Don't try mold yourself to a certain clique - just be yourself.

Makes your mouth water.
You spitting gets that water out.
Water weight is easily lost.

if you want a good start a life, quit games and go work hard at studies and also join lots of extra curricular activities.
or if you want to be a slacker who works at a petrol station later you can wag school and be friends wit the seniors and drop out later.
your choice, personally i like the first one.

Someone got canned in hs by seniors?

Don't see how that correlates with your success in hs.
