A ricer isnt jsut a import car it when someone take say a civic and puts heavy body kits on it and neon lights, basicly makes it look faster than it is, and a lotus isnt a ricer its a nice car not the best on looks but a nice car

In the netherlands we have a saying:
Vrouwen aan het stuur, bloed op de muur.
Basically means:
Women behind the wheels, blood will be speelt (spilled)(had to make it rhyme)

Having a trunk and license plate frame that rattles from a sound system has absolutely nothing to do with car PERFORMANCE. Don't care how much you spend on your system, it'll rattle on the same car till you get some kinda dynamat.

It's a joke dude, that's why the tinted windows are also listed as making the car faster.
