ive done on-site shit too, trust me, its just as bad... the people want to stand over your shoulder and watch you, and say "what are you doing now, what are you doing now" its probably worse than being on the phone. at least with the phone i can just put them on hold and cuss them out behind their back for a while. on site you have to be nice no matter what.

you obviously dont understand...

we can remotely control any of the 3000 pcs on the network. and we can do it whenever we need to work on the computers.

the problem is... trying to get the people to actually run the service (VNC) that is needed for us to control the pc, is almost impossible with some people.

we can run the service remotely, but now we cant because the sheriff flipped out.

we dont randomly take control of pcs... we would get fired for that. duh. its just annoying now because the stupid cops can never figure out anything on the pcs, and now we cant run the service for them becuse Mr top shit cop decided he didnt like it.
