well the rules are simple

you can post in any readable language and you have to say what it is/means. if u want post the orriginal language too.

Ah c'mon give him a break, he's new and the announcement was posted yesterday so he prolly didn't see it yet.

He's been here for a week.

There isnt a new announcement every day so its easy to miss it when it first comes out. Most people dont first check for announcements every time they log on. At least not new users.

ch is read as ch from chess and all the E's and A's (etc) with that accent (circonflex???) that made the tone short.
