CABAL error

ok well i hope this isnt a noob question but i went to cabal website to register, so i click on the reg thing on the top of the screen and some pop-up comes up asking to login...??

Lol Cabal ENG? is that NA? It's not out for America but i think you should try Internet Explorer.
