Generally load faster than youtube (although i don't usually have loading problems), Generally dont screw up image quality, and seem to have more episodes of the things i searched. (however, i only searched anime).

Veoh hasn't asked me to download anything yet, and ive watched the second hellsing OVA (which is 40ish minutes), and several naruto shippuuden episodes (20ish minutes)

i DL and uploaded some myself
just DL it With torrent and limewire
then upload it at stage6
veoh is lame
and dailymotion you have to split the videos into like 20 parts

for small vids stick with veoh
for huge avi/divx files stick with stage6

Ya tv-links isn't illegal because they don't at all host the videos if anything the site that hosts the videos e.x. youtube and they don't take it down it would be youtube that would get in trouble or the person that uploaded the video. anyways http://www.ovguide.com has almost anysite that has to do with hosting or having links to movies.

Anyone know a good alternative to youtube where most of the videos are run on WMP??

WMP is player
WMV is video
WMP plays everything
if you have the right codecs

and alot of them go by MPG
