Well, tomorow the 29th is my birthday. So 17 years now.

However, a problem comes to me. What should i get for my birthday? My rents came to me today, and asked. What do i want for my birthday.

Now, i was thinking about getting a new phone or a digital camera. However, i dono which one to get. Or if i should even get one.

What do you guys recommend? Something fun, cool and practical. Just let me know.

O me birthday 1st of June! Irrelevant but uhmm I remember when you went to visit relatives abroad you took all these photo's of the damage that flooding caused.

Maybe you should get a camera to make more photo's for OTL lol.

Get a digital camera if you don't have one yet. They're great.

If you're with your friends alot, it's fun to take pics, especially when you're drunk.

Also great for when you live in a place like I do, where you drive by a sunset over the ocean every day of your life.

i know a fun, cheap present. i got it myself a couple of years ago.

point was that in my first car, '88 golf2, i had no cd player in my radio.
i bought an fm transmitter. that sends your audio-out (headphone output)
through a radio frequency. most of these transmitters are small, have a
car power plug and are cheap. you dont rly have to use em for the car.
nowadays, when im gamin and i want some music, i just plug my mobile
to the transmitter and send it to the only little piece of crap radio-with-tapedesk
that we have in the house here xP

yes i do have music on my laptop too, but then i hear both music playin
and mobs dieing at the same time. the girls in my house dont like that

That's cool my birthday is also on May 29th. I have to go to work, so it is really not fun though. I had a killer time this weekend though. It sux having a birthhday on Memorial Day weekend, because I always get Memo Day off, not my birthday. Oh well, just ask for money and do whatever the hell you want. That's what I always did.

N yeah, i dont think ima get a new phone. Cuz mine is still aight, n it has a 2.0MgP camera on it.

my mom and my brother both have a canon ixus digital camera.
they are small, easy to take with you and make good quality fotos.

you can also film with em, but off course the quality is not as good
as that of real video cameras. id say if you want to take it places,
take a good digital photocamera. if you think you will take it once
a month or less, mostly for holidays, id say take a video camera.

for me, video is almost never neccesary. i have a SE mobile phone
and i sometimes make short clips with it in the pub with friends. i
take tons of pics with it cause i always have it with me. i would never
take a videocamera with me to pubs or whatever and i have never
really needed one.. idk i think i would just go for a good digi photocam.

Yeah, i think a Digital Camera would be best.

Ok, now to slightly alter the thread, and to prevent from making a new one.

Which camera should i get? Im thinking 5-8 Megapixles. Small and cool.
