Not all his jokes, just the ones Joe Rogan and that other dude ripped on him about. Some of his stuff is original, and its not that bad. I just can't watch him anymore knowing he's not really a full blooded hispanic lol.
And I think the best stand up I've seen would be some by Eddie Murphy from way back.

Also Robin Williams did one of the funniest pieces of standup for 2 hours that I've ever seen. I still remember it and start laughing to this day.

I really like Dane Cook because I relate to a lot of the stuff he talks about. Makes me lol a lot. Like his little joke about how there's one person in every group of friends that nobody likes. My friends and I have this guy we rip on for shits and giggles and I just cracked up when he started talking about it. DC Benny and Pablo Francisco are really funny too. Only Pablo never comes up with new material, and after seeing it a bunch, his stuff is really boring to me.
