Why blizzard rule..

Last night i was playing WoW doing Slave pens instance with guildie.
Suddenly i got disconnected. tried to login back and couldn't kept getting incorrect username/password. so i went and recovered my account.
and all my gold was gone, yeah i got hacked don't know how , either my stupidity to install and use addons or someone guessed my easy password.
I posted on WoW offical forums and people told me to open a ticket and i'll get back my lost gold.
so.opened a GM ticket.and i got a respond to check my email.
They asked for the following :
- Account:
- Character(s):
- Realm(s):
- Money Lost:
- Item(s) Lost:
- Date this occurred (please approximate if necessary):
- Any additional information you may wish to add:
.
I opened another ticket and a GM pm'ed me after 40mins we had a pretty long chat around 30mins. he said he'll forward it for investigation and they are going to recover all my lost items and gold once they're done..
I have some much respect for this company now..
Hands down blizzard rule!

Thats awesome.
Same thing with me and Turbine.
i got stuck and couldnt get unstuck because im a stupid dwarf and cant jump high and the /stuck didnt work because i used my map recently.
so i made a ticket but i fell asleep so the idle logged me out
but a GM replied to my ticket saying that they moved me to a free spot and everything should be ok.
Some of the most simpliest things. Love these people.

Joymax won't have anything to do with you, even if you buy silk. Homo.

Did you get your gold back yet? If not don't get your hopes up. It happened to my friend and it wasn't able to be recovered.

WoW has awesome gameply and great customer service. Thats why I like it, but the downside, is that you have to pay

Blizzard is an American company too, so US laws keep them much more accountable to their customers than Joymax under South Korea's laws.

Wow and LOTR are P2P, SRO is free, so Joymax doesn't actually have customers.

Ok, buying items, but they aren't actually paying to use the game, therefore they can play for free by choice, and then joymax doesn't need to care if they exist :3

The only reason Blizzard is so good is because the game is P2P and they have a much large customer support section and company than JM.
