Hmm make it into a ZIP file somehow? Heh that's the extent of my knowledge - and I googled it.

the best way will be to turn it into 3gp i think thats the smallest format u can get, i think and there are freeware ones out there, if not a trial.

Go download trial version of Sony Vegas 7. The guide explains everything from there. You don't need to edit the clip or anything, just drag it from the browser area of Vegas into the main area of Vegas, then go File -> Render as... and follow the guide.
