need some help from COD players

Ok so I got COD and COD:UO for my birthday last year and it was really fun playing it.

Well a few months ago, my Dad thought I was doing bad in school and took my CDs and trashed them.

I want to buy call of duty again, but I'm not sure which I should buy

COD and COD:UO

or COD2?

COD2 has good graphics but the new health bar system and few vehicles in multiplayer are stuff I don't like.

btw, I have a 4.0 GPA in school right now
