It's P2P but the philippines version has decided to change it to F2P with an item mall to see how much more money they could make. There's also a good private server at http://www.ruff-rose.com

Rofl, ruffrose is shit, I wouldn't go there. The admins are corrupt, and they do nothing about proxyers. http://www.sevenhearts.net on the other hand is a good one. Dev's are very intelligent, gm's are active and helpful.

Soo..this is my first time using a private server..how do i get it to work lol, cuz i tried to get a private server on L2 but i had to do all this Win32 and all this other crap in my windows system folder

The server wont matter since ur char information will be saved on both servers. That's how it worked in rose online.

Leveling is surprisingly fast compared to sro. I got to 70 in a week and a half.

Try to get a high level muse to full-buff you and let it rip on the high level mobs

They're separate servers. 2 different gm teams and everything. What you do in sevenhearts has nothing to do with ruff-rose.

Yes, but then deebee came back, kicked out half the gm team, and took over cause he thought glov was taking money for herself. Which was the biggest bunch of bullshit.

Doesn't matter which server. Can't pm if you're on a different one, but if you use alt + c, it brings up the community function, and you can add them through that, double click their name after they've accepted it, and you've got a mini chat with that friend.

Edit: If you want to party the other person, then yes, you'll have to be in the same area on the same server.

Are you sure about the pming? I was pming my friend and I told him to meet at Junon. Then I told him i was there and he was there also although I couldnt see him. I'm like wtf? It turned out he was in a different server.
