just any random questions about whatever that you want, you can direct them at people if you want, doesnt really matter, the only requirements are awesomeness.

Is the jet flying faster than the speed of smell? You haven't provided enough information. If it is a supersmellic jet, then yes, you will smell it before you hear it.

EDIT: Assuming of course, the flatulater is sitting in front of you on the plane, so that you are flying into the smell. If the flatulater is sitting behind you, you'll have to wait until you circumnavigate the globe before you actually smell the fart. You'll hear it long before then, though.
