People need to stop being bitches. When a link comes up, don't look at who posted it - look at the link itself. Put your mouse over it, the real link will show up at the bottom left corner. In this case, it's : http://www.rushhourmovie.com/ meaning it looks like an official link and it's 95% safe. If you moused over and it would say something like http://www.angelfire.co.uk/animeblows/lol-goatse.html then you would know it's a free angelfire website hosted by a member called animeblows and probably has a picture of goatse on the front page - do not click it.

For keyloggers/trojans, you can't pick any up from visiting a page if you have antivirus to block scripts, you can only get them from manually downloading a file (like a bot) and running it on your computer.
