the best file sharing program..

i am searching for the best file shraing program. i used alot of them and most of them go on 1-20 speed.
i now there are some "tricks" to make the speed much more faster so does anyone ehre knows something like that?
or maybe someone knows about a program that most of the time dwonload fast?
most of the time i am dwonloading songs not videos so i need a program that has alot of sources..
i realy need this pls share your info with me.
