Help me Decide?

They both should perform exactly the same, or very close. The only difference i see is the cooling solution. The one on the sapphire card is considerably smaller, so it could possibly not interfere with the top PCI slot (that only really matters IF you need to use that pci slot)
Overall, i would go with the HIS card IF it will fit your configuration (like above, if you dont have all your PCI slots jammed). I think it will keep your card cooler therefore increasing the life of the product.

Yea, what i meant was on some motherboards (ive mostly only seen it with PCI-E motherboards) the PCI-E slot is really close to the top PCI slot, so video cards with large cooling devices would render the top PCI slot useless. Its only a big deal if you have all your PCI slots full (by a soundcard, network card, other various PCI cards)
