What to do?

I have a problem, I think my ex boyfriend still has access to my computer. He was able to access my computer when we were living together. But today I was on my computer doing stuff that I normaly do. And things started poping up that I hadn't clicked on and pages started scrolling ect. So I went to my desk top and noticed the screen was blue, a sure sign that he has access to my computer. As he has done it before in the past, when we were still together.
I really want to know how can I stop him from accessing my computer?
