choose a pvp server, pve servers are boring and for cry towels.
Also choose new servers, so you have a chance when starting out.
And lastly, if you want to be top in pvp I suggest you choose horde, alliance are full of year nightelf ho's (male too), and10 olds who cry about everything.

i hit 50 today, had about 20g cause ive been respecing so much, went downt o 88 silver still needed more skills, i cleaned my other characters out, went back up to 13g lol..
