thats pretty much a town thats on his side, yet hes killing the gaurds there, so he must be hated by them, which isnt good lol

npcs know when youve done something bad and they will attack you?

He's not hated because the mobs are not red to him. He must have declared war on Undercity. BTW, if you notice, he starts every fight, the NPC don't ergo him. Basically, dude got bored so he do stupid thing.
To Zypher, Undercity is one of the big 3 cities for the horde (for the sake of simplicity, horde = bad guys, alliance = good guys). It's like attacking your own home. The NPCs of any city/town would attack you if you're hostile to them. The way you can make yourself hostile is by killing their members or declare war on them.

Also, not many people know this but...killing lower lvls alot will get you hated by your faction (alliance or horde) until the guards kill you...alot.

Yeah i noticed it was a private server when i saw he had 12k mana and was hitting them for 1k with a 1 hander

i always wondered that too, but i do remember when i was on my old...old character me and Im_On_56k were two of the most hated people on the server lol
