i dont, but im wondering how many of us do. i'd expect many hardcore gamers to cus ur staring at a computer screen with tiny pixels for like 20 hrs a day, so it kinda hard not to get bad eyes...post if you do and how bad they are, and if its not cus of gaming then pls post why =)
EDIT: move this if you want mods, i guess it kinda in wrong sectoin. but it is relevant to the gaming community...

Only when I'm sitting in a classroom (blackboard) or driving. Otherwise if I'm just walking around or whatever, I don't need them.
I think I'm -1.75 or something along that.

I started wearing glasses in 3rd grade. Everything went downhill from there. Started wearing contacts in my junior year of high school. Without my contacts I'm blind as a bat.

i would need reading glasses eventually. i have to almost
completely close my eyes sometimes to see small texts
ok that sounds weird but what i do is make the shape of
my eyes different by pushing my eye lids together.
i had lenses when i was 16 or 17 or something but i never
wore them i was too lazy. tried both soft and hard lenses
but was not my thing
for driving, walking around, going out, etc. i dont need them
and gaming doesnt effect my eyes in any way since i train
my eyes for looking at screens at work already

Started wearing glasses to see the blackboard in school from the back of the room... When I was around 12? I think. I used to read ALL the time. Big eye strain. By high school I had my glasses on all the time instead of just some of the time. I don't mind them and I don't want contacts. I've been told by more than one person I look better without them but I say I'm really really ridiculously good-looking either way.

i wear glasses. it wasn't inherited. it wasn't caused by gaming either, because i didn't game at that time.

I have 20/15 vision.
Which is better than 20/20, I think.

The thing with my astigmatism is when I leave my glasses off for extended periods of time, it sortof corrects itself. So my vision would probably be better if I didn't always have glasses on. But since it's so bad at first without them, I just leave em on.
